李子威（王海祥 饰）是一名平凡的快递员，某日，在送快递的途中，李子威竟然被卷入了一桩命案之中，他所要送达的包裹亦成为了凶徒想要抢夺之物。在紧张刺激的你追我赶之中，李子威遭遇了车祸，醒来后发现自己竟然患上了“脸盲症”，这也就意味着，尽管见过凶手的真面目，但如今的他亦不能分辨此人究竟是谁。
